I earned a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky College of Engineering. My education has given me a strong base in Language, Science, and Math. When I was in high school, I was in the National Honor Society and I volunteered for their Homework Help program. That was the start of my work as a tutor, and I have been doing it ever since. I have a passion for learning and I want to share that passion with my students. I have a strong desire to work diligently with each student, helping them learn the concepts so that they can have a strong foundation to succeed on their own. I am available to tutor a number of courses, including Algebra 1, Calculus 1, Geometry, Elementary Math, Middle School Math, Biology, Chemistry, Reading, Writing, Literature, Psychology, Geography, and many others. I can also help with any ACT, PSAT, or SAT test prep courses. When I am not busy working, I like being outdoors and hanging out with family and friends. I also like to read, knit, and play the piano.
